Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped from the United States. We currently ship only within the United States and do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days (Monday-Friday) after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods:

  • USPS: Ground Advantage, Priority Mail
  • UPS: Ground, 2nd Day Air
  • FedEx: Ground, 2 Day

Orders of $100 or more shipping to the contiguous 48 states qualify for free standard shipping (3-4 days).

Shipping Costs

For contiguous 48 states:

  • Free standard shipping (3-5 business days) for orders of $100 or more.
  • $10 standard shipping (3-5 business days) for orders less than $100.
  • $25 for express shipping (1-2 business days).

For Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories: Rate calculated based on the total weight of the order, the destination, and the service. Shipping via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.

Delivery Estimates: will be provided at checkout based on selected service. These are estimates and not guaranteed. Once a package is picked up by the carrier, delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier and we cannot refund shipping fees for delays in transit.

Lost or Damaged Packages: Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, it becomes the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to replace or refund orders that are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery.

If the package was damaged during shipping, please email us at support@libraryofcards.com with images of the box it was shipped in and the product.

Ensure you select a secure delivery location or work directly with the carrier, once tracking is provided, to ensure safe and secure delivery.
