Refund policy

At Library of Cards we accept returns and offer refunds or exchanges for unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds and exchanges will be processed once the returned items are received and verified. Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

All returns and exchanges must be approved by Library of Cards. Please email support@libraryofcards.com to initiate your return or exchange.

Requirements for refund or exchange:

• Original receipt or proof of purchase.
• Items in the same condition received.
• The item is unopened and in original packaging.

Items eligible for refund or exchange include:

• Unopened sealed boxes
• Single trading cards with matching serial numbers
• Graded single trading cards with matching grading certification numbers

Items not eligible for return/refund include:

• Non-serial-numbered single trading cards.
• Graded cards with certification numbers that do not match the original purchase records.
• Items missing serial numbers or grading certification numbers, or items with altered, defaced, or tampered identifiers.
• Items that have been opened.
• Gift cards.

For issues such as incorrect item, missing item, or apparent damage upon delivery, you must notify us immediately by emailing support@libraryofcards.com and provide proof of the issue (photos, shipping label, and order receipt).

If you believe there is a manufacturing defect or mispack/misprint issue, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly — we may assist, but cannot guarantee resolution.
